We all encounter problems in our lives that can be difficult to solve. Unfortunately, these problems can lead to frustration, irritability, hopelessness, anger and/or sadness. Not only do they affect our ability to function effectively in everyday life but they also affect our relationships with our family, friends and others who are close to us.
It is easy to become wrapped up in these problems and after time they may even evolve into something that we accept or deal with, despite the hurt and pain they may cause.
It is my belief that these problems do not have to control our lives. I view them as challenges that are to be overcome. The hardest part is asking for help. This crucial step is what prevents us from healing. Getting to the root of the problem can provide us with the insight we need to stop hurting and start living.
